Earliest Delivery Date and Costs are shown on our product pages.

You can select your preferred delivery date and cost on the order form on each product page. Please note that the first available delivery date may depend upon the shipping method you select. If you need a faster delivery than stated on the product page, please contact us before ordering and we'll see if we can help.

Packaging

All our bouquets are wrapped in cellophane before being bubble wrapped and placed in a sturdy cardboard box. And all our bouquets are delivered gift ready - e.g. without billing documentation or pricing.

Delivery by Royal Mail

We deliver our candy bouquets, chocolate bouquets and sweetie bouquets to all addresses within the UK. After being let down by other cheaper couriers, we now prefer to use the Royal mail. We use recorded post and we provide you with a tracking code so you can see where your gift is at any time.

Because of the large size of our bouquets, each is boxed and sent individually. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the UK.

Collect in Person

If you would like to collect yourself, please contact us directly to confirm collection time.

Exceptions to meeting specified delivery date

There are certain instances when your order may be delayed:

  1. If you supply an incorrect address/post code.
  2. Any unforeseen stock shortages.
  3. An unexpected interruption to our preferred courier service.
  4. Certain remote postcodes may require additional time for delivery.

If any of these circumstances arise, we will notify you immediately of any delay.

Delivery of your Bouquet

Please ensure that you enter a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the parcel at all times. We cannot be held responsible for any damage after the first delivery attempt has been made. If you miss the delivery they will leave a card through your door. You can then contact your post or sorting office to arrange local pick up or to arrange a re-delivery.

If we use any other courier, then that courier will also leave a card and will either require you to re-arrange delivery with them or collect from their depot. Couriers will not generally leave your package with a neighbour so it is important to get your package delivered to an address where someone will be in to receive it.

If you fail to collect your parcel within 2 weeks, it will be returned to us and, unfortunately, a further delivery charge will occur to have your parcel sent again.

Documents

Please note we do not send out any billing documents with our bouquets. All documentation is electronic through paypal so you can be assured that gifts will arrive without pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we will dispatch your bouquet on time (in line with Royal Mail recommended delivery times), once it’s with Royal Mail it’s unfortunately out of our control. Occasionally, due to extreme weather or busy Christmas delivery etc, it can arrive a little late. We’re sorry if that happens, but please let us know if your order doesn’t arrive at all and we will get in touch with Royal Mail to confirm the location of your bouquet (they are all tracked), and to sort out the issue. If you have paid for Special Delivery and it’s late please contact us and we will claim a refund for you on the delivery.
